my pralude is burning oil really bad i can change the oil and within 3000 miles ive burnt about 4 qts im preaty sure that the rings are shot so i am wanting to build the bottom end and im needing some help with what all ill need, what r some good brands im not wanting to build a monster i just want to up the hp and torqe for better proformance thanks for the help
