yea its rare. maybe you should do some research. thats what most people do before they buy cars. i mean im not trying to be an *** or nothing but it wouldnt hurt to do some research on your own. and yes its a good price but im sure it will go up

There are no problems with abs. The 92's had some issues with the 4ws ecu, but the 93 and 94 models are fine.
To answer the op, yes that's a pretty rare car.
