What Does this Code Mean?

i looked at my computer on my 89 civic SIR...it was a D15 tho...the light flashes like so

1 long, 7short, 2 long, 3 short

obd0 should be all short blinks.

hmmm ive never seen a long blink. ive only had those short blinks

that's 17 and 23, 17 is the vss does your speedo work?
and 23 is the knock sensor. good luck.

Bingo. Not all obd0 are short blinks. I beleive it depends on what year you have. My obd0 91 PM6 had long blinks. Much easier to read.
