I have a greddy SP2 exhaust. i want to take out the mide pipe and custom a strait pipe with no cat converter. i hear that can be bad because the motor will not get enough backpressure and that was from a certified honda performance tech. true???

DONT USE A TEST PIPE. Keep your cat or get a high-flow cat, there are many reasons. Use the search button and you will find out all kinds of stuff.
