Default poor gas mileage, cannot find HO2S sensor

dear all,
i'm newbie in this forum and just bought accord94 (f22b5).
very poor gas mileage (1:5), until now i couldn't find where's HO2S, because exhaust piping was modified.
and there's no MIL indicating HO2S trouble (as i now code is "1").
is there something happen w/ ECM (modified) or else???
is racing muffler causing fuel consumption raise??
please help me...
thank 4 u all

is it an automatic? if so, is your torque converter locking up? (3K at 75) if your rpms are 3.2K or more, replace your tstat as the car is not warming up, thus preventing the torque coverter from locking up.
