rsx leathers in ek
hi...i am installing 04 rsx leathers in my 2000si... wonding about the seat warmers and how to hook them up...if anyones ever done this/knows about this plz lemme know. thanks
First off, the only installations of these seats into 6th gens have always been kind of ghetto and very unsafe. So try not to get into any accidents...
Second, you're going to need to plug it in somewhere and you don't have a plug.
Third, RSX seats had seat warmers since when?

what do i have to plug in? the hookup for the seatbelt sensor should fit right into the stock...and the seat warmers (2004 rsx leathers have them) just need switches and relays...which i will put in the 2 vacant slots next to my handbrake. what else? yea...about the 'ghettoness' i had steel brackets fabricated for them to compensate for the rails not lining up with the stock ones- and yes...lets obviously hope i do not get in any accidents

I remember hearing that before. Didn't notice the OP is in Canada.
It'd be nice if someone made new rails for these type of seats into 6th gens.

I'd rather have Recaros. I'd used to slide a lot in the leather seats when I had my DC5. Plus they get too hot.

Nope. As long as you get good rails (OEM CTR), you are fine. I had DC5 Recaros in my 5th gen using OEM ITR rails and buckles. They were just like stock seats function wise, but offered a nice look and bolstering.

These are nice. Should be safe since it locks on both rails unlike the Vision version.

Well, at least they'd be safer than peopel making their own brackets like I've seen in the past.
