throttle problem?

i have a 89 civic hatch with a b16a swap. when i start the car it revs up and down for about 2 minutes and then stops. throttle maybe?thanks for looking.

unplug the iacv and see if it levels off

us the search engine there are plenty of threads on this topic just look for ivac valve its below your intake manifold
