What does it mean that i am a trial user and how do can i get a pic of my car under my name on the side of the post like other people instead of that smiley face thing?

You will be a trial user for like 20 days since people in the past have caused problems. After 20 days if you still have a 95% rating next to your name (keep this by following rules) then you will be able to change your picture.
