Where can I find a header for my B16 CRX that has 2 02 bungs on the runners?

my guess is that it might just be a custom job, so most headers come with 1 bung, that guy probably had one added and then had the header coated. From what i have read, adding a bung is pretty routine for a machine shop type place.

Best bet is just to add one on.
It's not hard for a machine shop or a crafty DIY to do.
Ps, that's some wild times for a ls1 goat with no go fast mods!
