Ok, I know how to adjust the Lights. I have a 1992 Civic , EX. Its a happy piece of well.. junk. But I'm slowly repairing it. I live in Marietta Georgia, so if anyone knows the requirements for the light height and other information that I cant find. Please let me know!

I've never heard of a law like this. California has a law regarding where the center of the HEADLIGHT is from the ground, but that has to do with how low the car is and has absolutely nothing to do with the light output or how the lights are adjusted.

Your owner's manual should go over how far to adjust them, plus I also posted a How To which includes everything needed.
