twophastprelude came to my shop and met with someone to pick up a dolly i had for sale on Friday night November 2.

The deal was 375 plus a VAFC in exchange for my dolly.

He left the Cash, but no VAFC

If anyone knows him or has any contact with him please let me know.

I have his cell phone number, and have been calling AND texting him about the VAFC and NO RESPONSE!

Hmm. I hate to jump in on this, because I do not know him, but a while back I was talking with him on here about buying/trading something. I forget what it was about, but the guy sounded a little off to me, so I backed down.

Just my experience. Hope you get your end of the deal out of it. If this does turn out to be a scam deal, expletive that. I am sooooo tired of this bull. The majority of people on here are just trying to get some decent deals and sell off some quality parts they no longer need. I hate having the fear of never getting your parts, and that just flat out sucks.

the deal changed when I talked to your dad. If you were there to make the deal maybe you would of got what you wanted. How am I a scammer. I stole your car dolly. It wasnt yours in the first place. lol I dont get you. Yes I havnt been on here to return your ims or your phone calls since Ive been outta town racing for the weekend.

Ive got alot of vouches on here... Yes sometimes I get busy and fall behind but I told DuongBros that I was sorry and would rufund his money if he wanted but he wanted the item. I even went outta my way to make sure that I shipped extra things with it so he had everything that he needed to put it on.

Not to mention the dolly is bent enough that the passenger side tire rubs on the hub. The ratchet straps at torn, and do not ratchet. The tires have gashes in the sidewalls.

Anyways Im sorry but you wernt there for the final deal on this item.

How hard is it to make a phone call while a deal is going on? I dont think its too hard, since you kept texting me week by week constantly to come get this dolly. I told you i was looking for 500, and you told me earlier when we spoke that you were ready to do so, until i saw you had a VAFC for sale. I wanted one at the time, and you said 375 plus your VAFC and i agreed willingly.

I have saved texts on my phone, saying what the deal is, and that since I WAS GOING TO BE OUT OF TOWN, and since you were busy all weekends and needed it ASAP that my dad was going to be at his shop, and you could give him $375 cash AND the VAFC for trade of the dolly. NO WHERE in those messages has it been recorded saying "I will make a deal with your dad since i have to go pick it up from him"

When you asked me the condition of the dolly previously, i told you that it was damaged, and you said that you would check it out. Then depending on how you liked it, you would either buy it for the deal, or pass it up. I told you i was not dropping the price of the deal once cent after that 375 + VAFC.

If you want to return the dolly for your 375, I will be more then happy to do so Since it was not the original Deal.

Let me know what you decide to do. If you want to return the dolly, we can make arrangements accordingly.

I love how phone calls and texts are ignored repeatedly since people race all night long and all day long.

Im sorry I didnt have my work phone on me this past weekend since I wasnt at work related places. Thats usally how a work phone works when you dont want to be contacted or bothered with work.

As for returning it I dont see how I should have to. The deal was made with the real owner of the dolly when I came to pick it up. Not by the middle man as you would be. The deal was final when I came to pick it up.

Sounds like the guy's dad wanted the thing sold, regardless of pre-negotiated price. Also sounds like the asking price may have been over inflated by the seller for the purpose of side profit. So, in theory, the old man would get the loot he wants for the dolly, and the son gets a little extra or a VAFC out the deal, even though the dolly really wasn't his, but his dad's.

That's just my interpretation of the above message traffic.

This is just what it was. Now that he didnt get what he wanted hes mad. Dad was happy when I left. Its not like I just ran with the dolly.

Hoooked it up to the truck, said by to the dad, and left. Sorry dude but I dont see where I should have to return it or pay anymore. The deal was finalized with the real owner.

 

I even set there and talked to him about the track that hes getting rid of. I offered him money for that also and he said he would think about it, but probly was just going to let it go to the junk yard as he didnt wanna try to get a title for it.

The dollys mine. It had been sitting at his shop so he just wants it out of there.

I made the deal with you as the owner of the dolly. And he told me that u wanted to buy the TRUCK that he did have on his lot.

By the way, My dad has no need for 375. Its going in my pocket since its MY dolly. He owns the shop and the lot where it was parked, and doesn't want a cent from it, just wants it off of his lot.

If u feel that you made a deal with him, why havent you been in contact with HIM since day one?

Im not saying you have to return the dolly, but if u are bitching about the quality of it ESPECIALLY after ripping me off, come back to the shop and bring it back .

freal. that's a real shady move. I hate buyers that try to change deals at every opportunity they can. Stop being a cheap ***.

 

In retrospect, this all could have been prevented if both parties would have been there to finalize the transaction in person.

 

Your dad said it was his dolly, and his truck. There for the deal was made with him when I spoke with him inperson with it and he said I only need the money. Like I said I think the problem you have is with him.

Everyone can think what they want to think. I spoke with a close friend that is a respectable laywer today about the matter. So I can fix this whole problem for you. Call a laywer and see where you can take this. Im done with it. Im sorry things didnt go your way. You should of been there for the deal and your dad shouldnt of acted like it was his if it wasnt. I was under the understanding that it was his and you were selling it for him. I made the deal with the owner and thats when the money changed hands and I left with the item.

If this kills my rep on here so be it. Im doing what I was told was right by my lawyer. Im really done fighting over it. If you feel like you need to take it further then do so. Im sorry things didnt go your way and you didnt get something extra out of selling something for your dad.
