i'm 99% sure they will, but i just want to be positive. del sol rear discs will fit on an ek, correct?

Yes. All 88-00 Civic, 93-97 Del Sol, and 90-01 Integra rear discs are the same (90-93 Integra has larger trailing bushings though, makes no bolting on difference).

I have Del Sol Si rear discs on my EH2.

Make sure you buy new ebrake cables (99-00 Si) because the Del Sol ones will be too short.
