Are inner tie rod ends a wear item?
Just curious if inner tie rod ends on a manual rack are normally a wear item, after about 195 000 miles.
I have a noise in the front end drivers side, and everything has been replaced except for them, so I am suspect of that.

Yes they are. Just put on on my '94 and have the other one in the garage. Autozone wanted $52 each so I looked on eBay and got two for $26. Just need a couple decent size cresent wrenches, a wrench/socket for the outer tie rod nut, and something to knock the outer tie rod loose.
