i'm looking to buy a header for my lude. it just has an AEM CAI, so far. what is THE best header with respect to power gains? any help would be greatly appreciated!

honestly, the rest of the prelude guys are gonna hate me for telling the truth because most of them are best friends or are distributors themselves for the name brand headers. the DC header distributors are the real heros.
the best will be on eBay made by no-name companies that are trying to get their names out. the runner up is the DC header, the ceramic its made of is the strongest material for headers BAR NONE.

It ALL depends on your perfomance plans for the car. Buying an expensive header isn't always the best option. The saying, "It's only as good as the weakest part" applies to choices in headers too.
