Can anyone help me diagnose and fix this problem. My car does this intermittently since I bought it two months ago but this time it does not work at all. The car instrument cluster does not work at all and power seat belts do not work as well. This happens all at the same time like the key is not on but the car will start up and run just fine just no gauges work and seat belts will not roll back. One more problem is that the shift lock on the auto shifter will not let me shift when this problem occurs and I have to use a key to release the shift lock. Someone please Help me/?????
