b16a sirII, Cold Thermostat??? It doesnt like to warm up...untill at idle??

Hey guys...i have a b16a sirII in my 95 hatch. It seems to me that theres something wrong with the thermostat. It doesnt ever really warm up. Takes forever!!!! It stays really low on the gauge just above the C. It starts to warm up with i come to an idle, but once i start goin and gettin the water pump turning it cools right back down to the c. Anyone have this problem??

Another problem. At start when cold/warm at 1500rpm it Pulsates. When it warms up it kinda goes away but still is there?? Anyone know the problem??

LOL, i had this problem with my accord. it's not your thermostat, but your temp sensor.
