Default kinda urgent: will a B18B engine fit in the backseat of my '99 Civic EX?

So yeah dudes.
Looks like i might get my hands on an integra LS motor this weekend. Transmission not included, but axles, ecu. etc are. It's only 100 mi. from my house!

I was wondering if this would fit in the backseat of my civic. Is it possible to haul this motor home? don't know anyone with a truck..

thanks

yeah dude, but..
i don't want the thing banging around in the back.
I see how it could be no problem in a hatch, but a sedan.. welllll....

remove your passenger seat, will be your best bet to just set it on the floor there.

yeah it will fit it's not really that much of a hassle if you have another person to help you load and unload. its like loading a tv on.y allot heavier.
dont sweat it.

that my friend is by far the best idea I've heard all day.
OP you should do this. it's only 4 bolts to remove you seat.
good luck on that buy.

Yeah, take the seat out. That is the easiest way. Try and get some of those huge moving blankets so you can lay them down and pad the sides of the doors and seats. That motor will crush the plastic armrest if it tips over. I would just take the seat out and rest it against the rear seat

thanks</TD></TR></TABLE>work smarter not harder. take the passenger side seat out and stick the motor in place of the seat. how do you expect to lift a 300lb engine into the back seat

Wait. One more B swap question ( maybe i should make a new thread )...
can the intake system of my D16Y8 be used on a '99 B18B?

If i can get the block out of my backseat and into my engine bay i'd be okay without an aftermarket intake for now.. lol.

how do you plan to lift it in the front seat? somethings gonna go terribly wrong here. you should just spend the money and do it right.
i would be like this the whole time
