obd0 ECU codes problems
2 solid lights is 20 right ? 3 quick blinks would be 3 ....23 ??? im getting 23-24 which there is no code for these i dont know what the hells going on? any help please thanks
what ECU? OBD0 D-series ECUs like PM5, PM6, PM7, PM8, PG7, don't have long and short blinks - you just count the number of times that it blinks - OBD0 B-series ECUs like PR3, PR4, PW0 have the long and short blinks
i looked at it last night and it was 23 for sure... so it must be knock.. i just pulled the head off and installed it back with a new head gasket. i cannot seem to clear the code ... ive even tried pulling the ECU fuse to Reset it

If you're getting a code for knock it just means that the sensor is either defective, or it simply isn't connected somehow. Brake in the wire or something

@jeremycrxb16: You should get one blink only once when you turn the key. Thats normal.
@SiR_Injected: It's the one on the bottom, it should the only 10 amp on there.

I'd just stick with a PR3 but I have no idea about what you want to do. If you want nothing fancy, don't waste your cash on Hondata IMO. Before you go out and get a new ECU though, I would make absolutely sure that the ECU is causing the problem.
i just tried my friends pr4 and it still will not start. i have an apexi afc neo tied into my ecu i don't think that would cause any problems...i'm lost.
code 23 and 14 i figured it out but i cannot seem to clear. i was hoping it would clear after driving it a week but its still fucked up... Intake Control Valve code 14 and Knock code 23
1 quick flash when you turn to the key battery just means the ecu is telling you its alive and everything is working properly
The way I cleared my ecu, which worked fine for me and has never shown any codes at all, is unplug your negative battery post terminal, then unplug all three connections on the back of your ecu. Wait about 10-15 minutes just to be on the sure side, then plug back in your ECU FIRST, then you negative battery post.
Code 14 is idle Air Control Valve, its loacated on the back of your intake mani. Check if your plugin sensor is connected on it, if it is then unplug that, then unbolt the two screws and two little coolant lines, grab some carb cleaner, spray it inside the IACV itself, once cleaned put everything back together make sure you plug back in the sensor. Reset ECU
If code 14 comes back up, invest in a new one, or check your connection from your IACV to ecu
