Default IM swap - from OBD0 B16A1 to OBD2 ITR IM

I have:

1990 CRX VTEC EE8 with OBD-0 B16A1 (150hp) - firewall MAP sensor

I want:

To install an oem OBD-2 ITR intake manifold with throttlebody incl. MAP sensor
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. For starters, the ITR IM has no FITV so can I assume this is of less importance and that I don't need one on my B16A1?

2. OBD- and plug-wise, how will the IACV (EACV), TPS and MAP sensor fit with my OBD-0 wiring and ECU?

3. There is a vacuum diaphragm controlling someting with the idle on the B16A1 TB and no such thing on the ITR TB - I suspect no worries there either - any thoughts?

Any insights greatly appreciated.

Thanks
RJ
