I did a dpfi to mpfi swap and i have a code 4 flashing and the rev limiter is hitting at 3000 rpms. I can't find out the problem can anyone help

You have a code and are in limp mode, but can't figure out the problem?

Anyways, code 4 is for the crank position sensor. Check your wiring connections at the distributor and at the ECU pins.

 

check the distributor wiring, or swap out distributor
worse comes to worse you can pin the wires in correctly by running some straight to the ECU, here is Hondata's pin out of OBD0 PR3 B16 ECU, but the distributors pin in the same http://www.hondata.com/techwiringpw0.html

 

I have 2 wires coming off hte dist. orange one and a white one going to the ECU to c1 and c2
