Default Strut Bar studs

Comptech used to sell a set of studs that dropped into the holes you would have to drill for the si/itr strut bar on cars that didn't have this strut bar. Is there are company that makes a similar product? If not, what bolt sizes etc do I use?

Use any bolts about 1" long that will fit in the holes. Simple as that. I bought my bolts at the local hardware store.
