you're going to need to put your 94 wiring in the new doors since the plugs that connect the door wiring to the rest of the car are different (i think it changes in 96 but not sure).

If it matters to you, the 98+ doors are a little heavier than the earlier ones, because they have two reinforcement bars (for collisions) instead of just one like the earlier doors. This can be either good or bad depending on whether you value light weight or better collision protection.
