Default 93 Accord Ex-R

Hey, i'm looking at buying a 93 accord ex-r here and theres a problem with the clutch. When you push the clutch pedal, there isn't any feel to speak of until just about the floor, it feels like its just the spring acting against you when you push it down. When the clutch is all the way to the floor, its hard to shift into gear, but when you do, there is only about an inch max of clutch pedal travel before it grabs and takes off. Now i'm not too familiar with these cars, (more of a civic guy), but is there an adjustment on these cars to adjust the clutch pedal travel, is it hydraulic or cable? Or is it just as simple as needing a new clutch altogether?
Thanks

It should be hydraulic. Might be solved if you bleed the clutch.
