Default Help with Vacuum hoses

I was doing some work under the hood when I accidentally pulled out a vacuum line. Now try as I might I can't seem to find were it goes.... The one end is coming from a Bypass valve mounted to the fire wall just to the right of the EGR assembly (when facing the car). The hose is only about 6 - 8 inches long, but I have no idea were it goes. So if anyone has any ideas, or owns a 95 V6 EXR and can check under the hood I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance....

I have this schematic and the valve I'm talking about isn't on it. Well the Part listed as #6 is the same but the one in the diagram is mounted to the engine. The valve I'm looking at is the same part but mounted to the fire wall.

i think i know what line your talking about(sits on the firewall about center behind the manifold) if this is the part your referring to it should have 2 lines running out of it one to the manifold(i believe not exactly sure) and the other one drops down and goes to the rear motor mount

thats the one. Do you happen to know what it does or if there is a diagram somewhere or can you describe better where it might connect. I'm still having trouble finding it...

Thanks

oh, ok... you are talking about the engine mount control solenoid valve. It has two vacuum lines, one runs to the diaphragm actuator on the rear motor mount and the other runs to the intake manifold. But I can't seem to find a diagram that shows where that line goes to on the intake manifold
