SPOON OR ROTORA CALIPERS FOR GSR

IF MY FRIEND WOULD LIKE TO GET A SPOON OR THE ROTORA CALIPERS FOR HIS 2000 GSR, WHAT SIZE OF WHEEL SHOULD HE CONSIDER AND WHAT EXACT BRAND SHOULD HE CHOOSE??

so you saying that the 4piston spoon calipers will 100% fit on the 15" rota because right now i have a circit 8 15", or should i change to the 16"??
