Default integra engine swap to 88' CRX

OK...I have both a 91' Acura Integra and a 88' Honda CRX. I blew the engine in the CRX (d15 non-v-tech, "programed fuel injection" the carb w/ fuel injector in it) and im putting the Integra engine in it (1.6 DOHC also non-V-tech) what all do i need to change over electronic wise? I've hear i need to swap the ecu and i've heard i dont. I just kinda need some experienced opinion on the ecu and other random little things. And if this makes any difference im taking out the a/c, and power-steering...???
