Default Need some Help

Hey guys im new to hondas i have had a nissan 240sx for quite some time now but was in a wreck and messed it up so i had bought a 02 civic ex but it just dosnt have the power that i did have. I have been looking in to a motor swap but i just dont have the time or money but i have read about head swaps. Could any one give me any information about head swap or if it is even worth it?

Thanks

all the info you need will be in that thread. A headswap would be alright if you can do all the labor yourself and source all the parts for cheap. its the cheapest form of bolt on power not including nitrous or a turbo.
