Okay guys I have a question. I'am about to order my jdm ek9 side markers for my em1. But I see that the majority come with the marker,bulb,and sockets.But some to have a harness.Is it okay if I order the marker,bulb,and socket and make my own harness or do I have to get it with it.Ps thanks in advance guys.

 

You dont have to get a harness with it, the sidemarkers can simply be wired in with your existing corner lights

 

You don't need the harness plug to wire them up. Small female spade connectors will work.

 

you can also go to honda and order the factory plugs:

04321-sm4-309

Be careful though, they come in quantities of 5.

 

just installed a second set of markers for my project car using the passJDM wiring came with it. its totally cool with DIY wires.

i can't find the link where it showed which corner light wire to tap into to keep the sidemarker on when the corner light was on, as well as blinking. any of you guys know?


also, was the position for the sidemarker for an ek finalized on being even with the top of wheel well vertically, and even with the beginning of the side skirt horizontally?
