Default ep3 type r mugen n1 ecu car starts then cuts out

i have just bought a mugen n1 ecu i plugged it all in started the car up e few seconds later it cut out, i noticed that the key light was flashing on the dash board can anyone help me please as the honda dealer is clueless thanks

Oh, and this is the wrong section on this site for your particular car aswell. You want EP3/DC5 section... but the US never got the Type R so you're better off on UK sites.

I'm sure there probably is someone here who might know what the fault is, but it's worth him going to ctr.uk for this and any future queries that may arise.

im not a computer expert, but i doubt that it is the imobilizer. It started once... If it was the imobilizer, i don't think it would have even turned over once. As far as the flashing key, w/krpo it does something similar, but that can be turned on or off with a computer plugged into the usb drive.
My question is, does the car still turn over, if it does then you should get your car tuned immediatly. If not, then look into the imobilizer.
