That is only ok for a temporary fix. Drain it and re-fill with Honda MTF. That 5w30 will begin to break down much faster than MTF.

There is only one. It's called Honda Manual Transmission Fluid.
Go to a Honda dealership. It's going to be cheaper there.

you can use 10w-30 if you don't want to buy MTF. It's in your manual.
5w-30 is to thin for a tranny.

As a temporary replacement, yes. Just because you "don't want to", no.

it's only going to be stiffer shifting and you can replace whenever is convenient to you. So that is not BS.

Use RedLine MTL. No dealer prices, and no dealer trip.

HONDA MTF is pretty cheap at the dealer... Like 6 bucks a quart. You only need like 3 quarts and you only uses like a TINY bit of the 3rd quart so you can use it next time you change it out...

6 bucks a quart isn't that much to spend when you don't change it THAT often...

Use AMS-Oil they have a direct replacment for the Honda MTF. It feels far superior than Honda MTF and offers alot more protection than MTF. The thing is it is about 10 bucks a quart.
