realistically, no. Hondamatics and Power do not go hand in hand as much as anyone would like it to. man up and do a 5 speed conversion.

Bolt-ons do little to a stock, naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine, they do even less to a SOHC 4 cylinder engine. In terms of Honda autos, they do even less to an automatic SOHC 4 cylinder engine.

Get what I'm saying?

It's not worth it in the least, all that combined bolt-ons is gonna net you maybe 3-10hp at the wheels if you're lucky.

Not to mention Honda automatic transmissions in 5th and 6th generation civics are a bit finicky - if you don't treat them with 100% care they die VERY quickly (more quickly than other companies' automatic transmissions). They also have nasty habits of blowing when too much HP is thrown through them - they're not like manual B series manual trans which can hold a good 4-500hp on the stock trans.

Just deal with it for now, I'm actually surprised people are always bitching, I drive my girls auto Y7 all the time (and it's in a 4 door, so it's even heavier than a coupe and hatch), and it may not be a 10 second car, but for driving around the city-type area, I prefer it over my manual Y8 - the pickup's not horrible, it's quite decent. Then again, I take good care of that transmission and I'm not in a race to floor it to the next redlight (and neither is she) so it doesn't take a beating.

Don't know, must be the "first car 16 year old ricer" intellect punching its way through.

don't waste your money doing this on a automatic.
make a conversion to 5 speed and you will be fine.
before you know it you will have a B,H,K in that sucker.
save your money for a swap and a conversion.
