I was just wondering what P72-2 P72-1 mean? My car origionally had a 72-2 and i bought a 72-1 bc my head got all muffed up from the previous owner. Will there be any problems by switching??

No. P72 is the casting designation. I have no idea what the -1 and -2 mean. The heads should have a date statmp cast onto them.
Regardless, they are completely compatable.
