99 civic with 4 lug 94 teg ls wheels in need of lug nuts
i need new lugs for the wheels i have on my car. the guy i bought them from put normal bolts on there, that is obviously stupid. so i have some lug nuts and some normal bolts (like you would get at a hardware store) on my car. im going to paint the wheels bronze before winter and figured while i have them off i def need to replace the lug nuts. (they are 15's)
any suggestions? also, is there a certain type i need or that i can use when i get some rota's next summer?
sorry, 1 last thing. since winter is coming up, what size tire should i put on there? i'm pretty sure i have 205/55's on there now, but 100%. that seems pretty wide. would it be fine for the snow in IOWA to keep that size? (going with ws-50's)

You should really take a look at the FAQ topic stickied at the top of this forum, where you would have to be absolutely clueless to miss it. It has all the answers to your questions.
For Honda/Acura factory wheels (including those from a '94 Integra), you need lug nuts with a ball-shaped seat. You can get them for just over a dollar apiece at your local Autozone or other auto parts store. Make sure they give you ones with the ball-shaped seat. Look at the picture in the FAQ topic at the top of this forum.
If you want to paint them fugly bronze, that's up to you.
If and when you get Rotas or other aftermarket wheels, they should come with a set of lug nuts with a tapered/conical shaped seat. If not, you will have to buy new ones, as you should not use the lug nuts with a ball-shaped seat you should use for Honda/Acura wheels.
On a '99 Civic with 15" wheels, you should be using tire size 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. I recommend the narrower 195/55-15 for your winter tires. There are lots of good choices in winter tires in this size.
