Default jdm front blinker question

ok so the guy who owned my car before me hacked on his front end, lights, rad., support everything. i'm just now am getting around to properly wiring up my headlights. i've looked around ht for a wiring diagram and couldn't really find anything that helpful. so me being an electrician i just decided to wing-it. well everything worked as i had planned but i couldn't get the fast blinking of the blinkers to go away. fast blinking like when a blinker bulb is out.

now i only have the corner light hooked up to the circuit that blinks, so my question is am i suppose to have something else hooked up to that same circuit?

i do have a few extra wires not too sure what they came from seeing as how all of the lighting harnesses were hacked off prior to me even seeing this piece.

additionally, i'm pretty sure i have 2 different headlights because the drivers side corner light has 3 wires coming out of it while the passsenger side only has 2. i had just left that third light not hooked up to anything because the light turns on and blinks fine w/o anything being connected to it. but does anyone know what that wire is for and what it is suppose to be connected to?

im gonna take a crack at this because i have nothing better to do. hopefully i remember right...

*the brown plug has 4 wires coming out. there should be a pink, green, blue, and black wire

black=ground
pinkish/red=high beam
green=city light -i hooked mine up to the red constant from the turn signal
blue=fog light -best if used with a switch but people wire them to the red constant.

there are 3 wires going to the turn signal for usdm model integras. (turn signals illuminated while lights are on)

USDM
black=ground
red=constant power (illuminated)
red/black= turn signal

JDM
there are 2 wires for the jdm turn signal. the turn signals only light up when you hit the blinker.
black=ground
red/black= turn signal

Sidemarkers
If you wire them up the the black and red/black wire, they will only turn on when you hit the blinker.
If you wire them up to the black/red wires they will just light up and not blink.

Do both sides blink fast? i know you can buy fast blinking bulbs and maybe thats whats in the headlights. if only one side is blinking fast then yea it would be a bad bulb or maybe a fuse.

It sounds like you have one usdm turn signal plug and one jdm plug. im sure you have a red wire hanging down where the jdm plug is.

Not the fender lights but the corner marker, I see some that are lit with park lights on and some that are not??
The housings I have the corner lights have 2 wires coming out and a single element bulb. I have them now just blinking and not illuminated all the time, the city lichts are my park lamps. I was going to wire the fender light to blink only and the corner light to blink and illuminate?
Is that even possible??

i was thinking.. maybe if we got a dual filament bulb and connector into our socket somehow.. THEN it can stay on and blink when engaged. no?
