TURN OFF YOUR CAPSLOCK
with a multi-cylinder misfire like that start by changing your plugs and wires
my wife had the same issue....i replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil and module and still same problem....bogging and misfire
threw some better gas in with lucas fuel injector cleaner/octane booster and within 5 min car was running like a champ....moral of the story: start cheap (plugs, wires, injector cleaner)
as for your second question, search....auto to manual has been done plenty of times

u need a manual tranny, plus a clutch and flywheel, shift linkage, shifter, not sure if the axles will match up. u might want a gauge cluster out of a manual so u dont have the gear selection thing on yur cluster. and yu'll need a manual ecu. what a coincidence....i happen to have a manual ecu for sale
i mightve missed a few things but theres lots of threads on this so yeah...

For your auto to manual conversion. And like previously posted above, start w/ new plugs and wires.
