i am trying to remove my shift linkage from my tranny the little pin that hold that last part of the linkage to the tranny how can i remove it. its the only thing that is holding me up im need to know asap i need to know the easy way if your doing at home and dont have any power tools i need to know another alternative please help asap.

Use a 5/16" rolled pin punch and a 2lb sledgehammer or Compocast hammer. It'll come out.

 

Spray some lubicant on the pin, then use a punch and a hammer.

lol also u can drill the bitch pin out lol that will work

 

i usualy grind off the end of the pin and while its out i drill and tap it so i can use a bolt going back
