what clutch & flywheel to go for....

i was just worderin' what clutch & flywheel would be good for daily and racing...
i'm gettin' a paint job in 2 months and at the same time, I wanna do the
clutch & flywheel... thought i'd ask u guys before
i make a stupid mistake...
i have B16A and GSR tranny w/LSD... (i know... i should've got an SiR or Type R tranny...
) and thanks in advance....

thanks.. i was thinkin about spoon... this may sound funny but just asy.. if i were to order spoon clutch & flywheel, what should i ask them for? for B16A or B18C1
'cause it's a GSR tranny...?? just wanted to make sure...
oh.. and how much do they go for?? 'cause i don't wanna spend more than
$1300 CANADIAN.... Thanks...

i run ACT SS clutch with ZEX ultralight flywheel i like it alot,
id say ACT for clutch and stay with a chromoly flywheel like ZEX, JUN(JUN makes zex actually) toda they are all good

I would personally go with an Exedy Organic clutch and a Comptech Aluminum Flywheel. I know several people using this combination on mild and very high horsepower yielding vehicles, and I have heard nothing but good things about them both.
