Default bushing help

alright well i have a 95 del sol. i have a set of blox lower control arms on the car. well the other day i realized that one of the bushings in the lower control arm is "blown out". the pushing that the strut assembly bolts to if you want to know exactly. now i realize this could happen anytime but this is on 5 month old blox control arms. and i have searched and realized taht is not uncommon to have this happen especially since i am running full ksport coils. but the question and what i need help with is what should i do. Should i just get new rear lower control arms. or could i get away with just replacing the bushings with some polyurethane ones or some kind of other bushings. any help would be appreciated.
