i currently am running a aem v2 cold air intake on stock GSR manifold.

i am planning on purchasing a blox manifold, i heard that i would need to buy a new intake because the blox manifold is different and higher compared to the stock GSR manifold.

i did search and didnt find anything about the hieght of the intake. just people asking if its a good mod or not and then some.

how about you search and do not reply if u have any answers or input.

 

I just built my motor and have a S2 i/m. The throttle body does sit up higher so you will need to modify you existing intake or get a new one for an LS/ITR. My GSR comptech one no longer works with the ice box. I am looking for a new set up as well (something that doesn't angle up). I may end up just making something and use the comptech filter/ice box. same here. im thinking the itr arm. or 3" aem v2 for itr.

 

Yea, I'm sure either of those will work. I am actually leaning toward ABS plastic or something for mine.

 

Throttle cable bracket on the stock gsr TB hit my hood before i got my edelbrock type r style TB and cable.
