im am getting ready to build a d16z6.i was looking to get some horse power numbers or estamets were i will be at.i am going to be using a y8 ported i/m garret 60 trim turbo ebay tubular manifold 3 inch exhaust posably darton sleeves dont no if i need them eagle rods low comp forged pistons dont no wich ones"any imput would be much appriciated on what to use"ported head precision 750 intercooler rc 440 injectors walboro 255.any imput on what i should use/do would be very much appreciated since this is my first turbo build and dont no to much about single cams
well if i were you i wouldnt waste the money sleeving a single cam they hardly ever crack, that being said it all depends on your goals. you can safely run 200-220 whp on a good tune stock internals. the bigger your goal the more important it is to have an excellent tune. with a 60 trim and forged internals like youve listed you could have a 400whp stock sleeve d series.
ps. what "ebay" manifold are you planning on using? make sure you get good quality parts

First suggestion, lose the Ebay manifold. Why even consider a $1000 block, $300 FMIC and a $75 POS manifold all on the same car.
If you want more than 300whp, go with a larger injector.

estimates?
ONE HUNDRED MILLION HORSES!!! (dr evil laugh)
anyways 300 with 450 can be made... with ridiculous high fuel pressures
550's will be better here

its the tubular ebay one not to bad but im not trying to go super crazy but noy a turd either also i read somewere about having a divided manifold like 1-4 on one side and 2-3 on the other because its more efficiant for the turbo to spool i no the turbo housing is divided so should i get a manifold thats divided or not.also if i do wanna go above 400hp should i sleeve it or put a block gard in it
