Yes. Couldn't sell the wheels and tires together.

While getting the tires dismounted at Big O tires (read big zero tires), the bozo's scratched the hell out of one of the rims. Of course they showed the service order saying that they were not responsible for any damage. I asked that if their level of talent didn't even meet the expectation of removing tires from wheels w/o damage since that's what they do all the time. Service manager Pat at the Fremont BigZero on Fremont Blvd said read the service contract. Pat then said he would get the wheel repainted. Unfortunately, it came back semi-gloss, while the rest of the wheels are a satin black. It looks like they got one of the tire monkeys spray paint the wheel as it had dust and other crap under the wheel. (Looks like they stripped the wheel first though.)

Fortunately for me, they didn't damage the wheel, only the paint.

BigZero lost my business for life. It's pretty sad since I've been going to that shop for over 10 years.
