I always liked the look of the Mini hood vent. Granted this is just a quick cut and mock up. Once it's fitted properly and painted I don't think it'll look to bad on the Rex. I know I won't have to ask what you guy's think.

It's your car, do what you want to it.
It may look ok, not my style though.

I don't like it only because its round and the crx body style is very square and has sharp edges.

its a fiberimages siR 'style' hood. i have sanded down all the clearcoat and im in the process of smoothing it out so it'll be repainted body-colored. after i find a nice looking scoop for the ITB's that is.

I finally got my CF hood scoop for my painted CF hood.

I'm going to be doing some cutting & fabbing this weekend to make sure it looks right and sits right with the ITB's. I am not a huge fan of hood scoops on imports... but when they are needed, they are needed. After it's all said and done, I'll take a picture of it outside in the sunlight and not some blury pic. The scoop looks WAAAAAY bigger in these pics than it really is.

Looks good IMO, not much tech though, could you show the process of installing or explain at least for those it would benefit?
