i dont owe you ****.

i told this dude exactly what i had for sale and sent him at least 7 pics of all the different parts... he chaged his mind after he recieved it, i dont know if he found something else he wanted or what, and then wants me to pay for all the shipping back to me and full refund. after i paid all the shipping to him and paypal fee. he is the scammer cuz he wanted me to send the money then he would supposedly send it back to me, yeah i dont trust this guy. on top of all that i sold this to him in 2006 and this is out of nowhere he didnt try to make anyattemp to contact me since then. i have sold a lot of stuff on here and had no other problems.

1. You never sent me 7 pictures. You sent me 3 pictures which included only closeups of the piping. Here they are (shrunk down):



2. You told me you would include a Drag manifold and Drag intercooler... that **** you sent me doesn't look anything like Drag. You forgot to mention the intercooler was homemade, square, and dented and that the manifold was homemade and cracking.

3. Where's the oil pressure gauge you said you'd send?

4. I PMd and emailed you a bunch of times... no reply. You'd even be online on Honda-tech, I'd PM you, and still no reply.

5. So reselling the stuff you sent me makes me a scammer? I am clearly showing pictures of the parts (you never gave me any at all besides the piping). I did not mention "Drag" anywhere and clearly stated that the manifold is cracked.

I still have the email of the pictures you sent me of the piping. In fact, here's a screenshot of your 'for sale' ad, which clearly states "Drag":

That look like Drag parts to anybody? Didn't think so. (Notice the similarity of the intercooler in my picture and the intercooler in that turbo kit above that he's trying to sell - but they're not the same because if you count the number of rows mine has more. Probably homemade by him, and DEFINITELY not made by Drag.)

I still have an email saved that I sent to you, trying to contact you. You wrote me plenty of times through PMs and email while making the sale and did not do so even once after the sale... for obvious reasons.

What do you have to say now? I want to see you try to argue your way out of this one. Oh snap! is right...

I am going to side with Hatch_R on this one. Seems like he has all the proof to back it up. He even has a screen shot of the previous sale and saved all emails just in case. Seems to me that you indeed are a shady seller.

BUYERS BEWARE just take a look at the evidence Hatch_R has provided.

You'd be suprised. He will try to defend himself but its a long shot as you've provided substantial evidence against him.

yeah people do have other things come up and flake out.. not a rare thing. it was PENDING; meaning not sold yet, smart guy. as for the user name ill let him post on here if he wants, i could care less if you believe i sold the kit or not. why would that matter to me? i have nothin left to say to you. the kit is gone and the thread is done.
