I had one about a year ago.


Are you looking for a road one or an off road one? Mine had a 5 hp briggs engine. Only topped out at like 33 mph but was more of a blast then the scooter I got as a trade. What you gonna use it for, cause a scooter appears more legal so u can actually use it for errands. I was always afraid of being spotted by cops when I was in the kart, but there was a bike trail in my neighborhood I could flee onto.

im looking for a road one like your's are almost like that. its would be great to get one like yours. i just want it to drive around that pad with friends when where bored

 

If its gona be used on crappy streets an older kart like mine is ideal. Older ones aren't competitive on karting circuits and are a lot less money. I used craigslist to find mine. I bought mine for 500 and luckily they hauled it to my house (mom wanted kids toys out of the house).
the weak point of my kart was the motor mount. If you look at the pic the metal plates for the briggs engine are also under the chassis, and those pates were tweaked on my kart. That made the drive chain slightly out of plane of the spur gear, which caused a lot of headaches.

i got a those lil poket bikes, its yellow you can switch it around, i lost the key so you will have to do the wiring thing, if you want it, it's yours i'll do a trade or some $$ just gimme an offer it's just sitting in my garage
