My '99 Accord EX sedan power steering is lossing assist every once in awhile when you first cut the wheel when traveling slow, like turning into a parking spot etc? I have over the last year sucked the old Power steering fluid out and replaced it with Honda Certified Power Steering Fluid every 3,000 miles or so. The fluid is lightning up but still light brown. It does not smell burnt or anything, no leaks or squels??
