Default help. cam swap? manifold swap?

i have a 01 accord ex. i have done a couple of mods to including a (a.e.m) intake, 2.5 inch exhaust and tip. now i wanna upgrade the cam, and i know if you swap out the intake manifold you can pick up some more power. i have also heard you can swap using parts from preludes and integras (i.e. the manifolds and the cams) can anyone tell me what would be compatible with my car? thanks i appreicate any feedback

there is a thread oin this forum about a guy using a H23 intake manifold and you can always take your own cam out and get it regrindeded to a paticualr aftermarket specifacation..but its in both cases alost of work...and I haven't heard of anybody using integra parts on an accord unless its in rebuilding a distributor

h23 IM requires a ton of work to use. not a bolt on part, but it can be done. I've never seena dyno of it on a f23 and I doubt it would be an improvement unless you had major mods.

Cam regrind and IM swap is going to run you quite a pretty penny. By the time you do these mods you could have most of a turbo kit.

if it was me? I'd boost the motor you have now...gonna be IMO funner in the long run and potentially cheaper then a H22 motor swap
