by the way, the konis in this kit are the neuspeed sp3 versions, with a 20mm shorter piston rod, specifically for lowered cars.

the ground controls have less than 1k on them. The shocks have around 5k on them, but most of those miles were with stock springs with the damping really low, so i don't think it really put much stress on them.
they still work great, I just switched to ITR shocks and springs to sell the car, and it is amazing how much better it handled with the koni's and ground controls.
