Default Front Lip

honda automotive parts wants like $66 for the front lip, and $5 for handling, but how much do they usually charge for shipping?

does it come with mounting hardware?

Handling is the same as shipping... I don't think it would come with mounting brackets. That's why they list all the parts separately.

It's an oversized handling charge. Most places do that with lips. $7 for a 96-98 OEM lip. Shipping is only like $5 because it's light. So if that is close to the same, the you'll spend about $12-15 total.

I've done many businesses with them and their acura counterpart.

They charge $4.50(I think) as a handling fee plus shipping fee. No matter if you ordered one item or 20 items. After the handling and shipping charges, the cost gets as much as your local Honda/Acura dealers.

And your local dealers should be able to order the items they don't stock, and give it to you in about 3 days. whereas if you buy through these guys, it takes about a week.

Only reason I go through these guys is that they accept Discover card

This is actually a false statement. I've ordered quite a few parts through them and saved alot of money. I knew there was a handling fee, plus shipping, but it still is way cheaper than the dealer. Last thing I ordered was a new "Civic" sticker for the rear of my hatch. The dealer wanted something like $36 bucks, the website only wanted something like $15. Add handling and shipping, came out to something like $20? Still saved a few bucks.

The shipping is about 26 dollars, but don't forget that you cannot just purchase the front lip. !! If you don't have the front lip nuts/clips already on your car you will have to purchase those as well and they come to 24.86 for the 11 you need, then you will have to purchase the front lip bolts which come to 16.06. So the total you will have spent will be somewhere about 137 dollars including shipping. but it does look great.

I'd be very wary of the fitment of ABS plastic...Seriously, why don't you look into the WW RS lip, I got mine at a great price, and it definately fits like OEM...I can get other people to vouch for the fitment and quality of this piece.

The OEM lip doesnt come with brackets or hardware . I ordered my front lip for my 00 and I had to order the brackets and hardware seperatly . Takes like less than 30 mins to install

I got mine for $140, from New Way Autosports in North Hollywood, Ca. The guy that owned the place was very pleasant to do business with, I highly reccomend him.

I hear that. I, like yourself was going to get the OEM coupe lip, but decided it was too subtle. And for the money spent, wanted something a little more agressive, but still fit like factory. I'm serious when I say this, I have drilled parking stops and curbs dead on with my WW lip, and that sucker still looks fresh. Maybe you and I can work something out where I can buy it for you and maybe ship it cheaper to you than his company offers. Just a thought. If you want, IM me or email and we'll talk.
