Default A little help with my HID kit(pics)

I installed my hid kit 12000k on my car this morning, everything wired properly and mounted. Well i go to turn them on let them burn for 10mins. like the instructions said. Well i notice the passenger side doesn't come on so i figured id let them stay off for a few then come back. Well i go back turn them on and still no passenger side light. That bulb did come in contact with the top of my hand could that have been what went wrong?

here's everything connected;(passenger side)

(looking down)

someone plz explain what i did wrong

Check you connections. Also try to swap sides.Take the passenger side ballast over to the drivers side plug it in see if it works.if it still doesnt work then you got a bad ballast.if it works fine then you might have crossed wires or bad connection somewhere.

Check your fuses, see if any are blown. If not, swap the ballast around. See if the problem follows the ballast. If it does not, then its the bulb that is dead.

Well explain why 1) you got 12,000k and 2) why you got a kit instead of a retro. I'll reserve judgment until then

I wouldn't call 12,000K glare bomb HID's better than stock.

Philips X-treme Power +80% H4 bulbs would be a worthy upgrade and would be much better than stock H4 bulbs.
