My question is this

Can carbon build up raise your compression?....and there for more Power?..

just curious..

Yes it can, but it'll start causing knock from hot spots (it isn't cooled as well as metal) before you get noticeable power gains.

You could run better gas to keep it cooler, And re-tune it. And you could get more power out of it. Why anyone would waste the time I don't know. You could get more power out of a $20 kragen ram air intake.
